Ceramics and Diamond, Purpose-Built

We divide the vitrified diamond line into two categories so the bond is always matched to the material.

Ceramics — HP Bond
For ceramic-based materials, our HP bond system is the right choice. It’s rotary dressable, delivers excellent stock-removal rates and grind ratios, and is available in both continuous-rim and segmented-rim designs depending on wheel diameter and style.
Diamond
For diamond-based materials we offer more options than we can list here. We’ve manufactured this line with great success for over 20 years. Whether you need superior edge quality, extended wheel life or fast stock removal, we have a bond to meet your requirements.
Engineered Segment System

Save Money and Cut Waste Without Compromising Precision

Our Engineered Segment System gives us the flexibility to manufacture a wide range of sizes and styles of vitrified diamond wheels without the usual limitations. We custom-design the abrasive section from individual segments, then precision-assemble them into the finished wheel, so we can produce intricate forms to your exact requirements. Because the wheel hub is reused, you avoid buying a new precision-machined hub every time, and if a wheel is ever damaged we can replace just the affected segments. The savings in cost and downtime are significant.

Replace only damaged/worn segments and reuse the existing hub.
Faster turnaround on custom and replacement wheels.
Precise, made-to-form design for intricate profiles.
Stretch your budget by reusing the existing hub.
Less scrap and a smaller environmental footprint.
Minimal downtime if a wheel is ever damaged.
