The MaximizerST takes deeper cuts at faster traverse rates with no wheel breakdown and reduced dressing. Both Maximizer products can produce the exact finish you need without separate roughing and finishing wheels, just by adjusting the dress traverse rate, using one wheel and one mesh size. Custom Forms, Reusable Hubs, Less Waste
Like our high-concentration vitrified products, every Maximizer wheel can be built with our Engineered Segment System, which lets us manufacture a wide range of sizes and styles without the usual limitations. We custom-design the abrasive section from individual segments, then precision-assemble them into the finished wheel, so we can hold intricate forms to your exact requirements. Because the hub is reused instead of buying a new precision-machined hub every time, you save in both dollars and time, and if a wheel is ever damaged we can replace only the damaged or worn segments, keeping cost and downtime to a minimum.
